I. Personal Information we collect from you and its purposes

Personal Information refers to all kinds of information recorded by electronic or other means that can independently or in combination with other information to identify the identity of a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person. We will collect and use your Personal Information for the following purposes:

(1) We will collect your mobile phone number, which will be used to create "Halu Lite" account for you and provide you with relevant services;

(2) We will collect your gender and date of birth information for other users to better understand you and for us to provide you with services more suitable for your needs and to match you with users more suitable for you.

(3) We will collect the content generated by you for review, such as comments, texts, messages, pictures, images, sounds or other data materials uploaded, distributed or streamed on the application when you use the Halu Lite service, to ensure that we comply with any applicable content regulations of any relevant jurisdiction;

(4) We will collect some payment information, such as full name, billing address, billing country, date of birth, purchase amount, payment method, etc., so that you can complete the payment with our authorized third party. The third-party payment company authorized by us will transmit the last four digits of the credit card or debit card number you use to us in an encrypted manner, so that we can analyze the security of your payment behavior and prevent fraud;

(5) Transaction serial number, transaction history and other transaction information after you purchase paid services;

(6) When you create a Halu Lite account by connecting with a third-party social media platform (such as Facebook, Apple, Google), or when you link your Halu Lite account to a third-party social media account, with your authorization, we will obtain basic user information such as nicknames, avatars, and email to assist you in setting up your account.

(7) According to specific permissions granted in the process of your installation and use of "Halu Lite" software and related services, we will collect information on the equipment you use (e.g., equipment type, operation system version, equipment configuration, equipment identification, software and hardware information such as network information, equipment, environment, etc.), to provide you with search results as well as demonstrations that are more fit your needs, to understand product suitability and to identify the abnormal state of accounts.

(8) We will collect your web log information (the date and time of your use of Halu Lite software and relevant services, etc.) to identify abnormal status of your account and meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations.

(9) We may use or integrate your user information, equipment information and related web logs, in order to improve security in your use of our service, to protect your or other users’ or the public personal property safety of from harm and, to better prevent fishing website, fraud, the network vulnerability, computer viruses, network attacks, network intrusion and other risks. It can more accurately identify violation of laws and regulations or violation of "Halu Lite" related agreement, and it is used for comprehensive judgment on your account risk, account validation, account examination, testing, to prevent security incidents, and to take necessary measures to record, analyze and dispose.

(10) We may keep your communication/call records and contents or your contact information when you contact us, so as to contact you or help you solve problems, or keep record of the solutions and results for relevant problems.

If we stop operating "Halu Lite" software and related services, we will immediately stop collecting your personal information, and notify you of the stop of operation in the form of one-by-one service or announcement, and delete or anonymize the personal information we hold in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

(11) Collect the basic device information, device identification information, device network information and device application information of end users through the Shumei SDK integrated in your application as follows:

a. Basic equipment information, including equipment brand, equipment manufacturer, equipment model number, equipment name, equipment system type and version, equipment basic configuration, equipment basic settings, equipment environment;

b. Device identification information, including IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity), ICCID (Integrate Circuit Card Identity), IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity), MAC address, Bluetooth MAC address, Android ID, IDFV (Identifier For Vendor), IDFA (Identity for Advertisers), OAID (Open Anonymous Device Identifier), device serial number;

c. Device network information, including network access form, wireless router identification (BSSID, SSID, MAC) and IP address, WIFI list, network operator information, network base station information, network connection status; and

d. Device application information, including SDK host application package name and version number, application list (only used to detect whether there are malicious software such as underground industry tools on the device).

In the Android system, in order to obtain some device information of the above-mentioned end users, we also need you to apply for the following permissions to the end-users through your App. If you do not apply for permission from the end-user or the end-user does not agree to the application for such permission, we will not be able to collect the corresponding device information, but it will not affect your continued use of the Shumei Services.

II. We may need to obtain your device permissions

1. We need to get the authorization of access to your mobile phone photo albums, to enable you to select a photo from the album of your phone as your account avatar or post content.If you do not use the aforementioned service we provide, we will not visit your phone photo albums. You can cancel the authorization at any time for us to visit your mobile phone photo albums.

2. We need to get the authorization of access to your mobile phone microphone, to enable you use your mobile phone microphone to record your voice and/or have voice chat. If you do not use the aforementioned service we provide, we will not visit your phone photo microphone. You can cancel the authorization at any time for us to access your mobile phone photo microphone.

3. We need to get the authorization of access to your location, which is used to display your living city to other users and/or match the user for you and/or recommend content from users in the same place for you. If you do not use the aforementioned service we provide, we will not visit your location. You can cancel the authorization at any time for us to access your location.

4. We need the authorization of your mobile phone notification so that we can push relevant service notifications to you. If you do not want to receive the aforementioned notifications, you may close our mobile phone notification access at any time.

III. How we share and disclose your personal information

1. Share

(1) Please note that if your profile is public, your content will be visible to anyone on the platform and may also be accessed or shared by your friends and followers.

(2) We may disclose your personal information to members of our company (that is, entities controlled by us or jointly controlled with us), under the premise that it is necessary for services, customer management, content customization, advertising, analysis, verification, functionality and security and compliance.

(3) We will access, store and share your personal information with regulators, law enforcement agencies or others if we reasonably believe that such disclosure is required to: (a) comply with any applicable laws, regulations, legal program or governmental request, (b) enforce the applicable Terms of Use, including investigating potential violations, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address illegal or suspected illegal activity, security or technical issues, (d) prevent harm to the rights, property or safety of our company, our users, our employees or other third parties; (e) maintain and protect the security and integrity of the Halu Lite Services or infrastructure.

These services may include fulfilling orders, processing credit card payments, content customization, analytics, analysis, security, map navigation, data storage and cloud services, supporting our functionality, and other functionality provided through the Halu Lite Services. These service providers may have access to personal information necessary to perform their functions, but may not share or use such information for any other purpose. If you choose to share voluntarily or otherwise authorize us to share, we will share your personal information with the third party you designate.

2. Transfer

We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual, except in the following circumstances:

(1) Transfer with express consent: after obtaining your express consent, we will transfer your personal information to other parties.

You can turn off GPS location, microphone, camera or other similar functions on your mobile device if you do not want to share them. You can choose not to provide us with personal information, but this may prevent you from using certain features of the Halu Lite service, as you may need such information to register as a user, purchase paid services, etc.

You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to warn you when cookies are being sent. Your choice to disable cookies only applies to the browser you set them on, so if you wish to disable cookies across all browsers, you will need to do so on each type of browser. Please note that if you disable or reject cookies, some parts of the website may not be accessible or function properly.

You may request us to delete your personal information under the following circumstances:

d. If you no longer use our products or services

e. If we will no longer provide you with products or services permanently.

If we decide to respond to your removal request, we will do so in a timely manner.

When you delete information from our services, we may not delete the corresponding information from the backup system immediately, but we will delete this information when the backup is updated.

Please note that we may also retain certain information for as long as necessary for safety, security and fraud prevention purposes. For example, if we deactivate a user account due to unsafe conduct or a security incident, we may retain certain information about that account to prevent that user from opening a new Halu Lite account in the future.

VIII. Metadata

When you upload user content, you will automatically upload certain metadata connected to the user content. Metadata describes other data and provides information about user content, which is not always obvious to the viewer. Regarding user content, metadata can describe how, when, by whom, and in what format user content was collected. It also includes information such as your account name or user ID number, allowing other users to trace content back to your user account.

IX. Children

We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that personal information from a person under the age of 18 has been collected on or through the Halu Lite Services, we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.

X. Changes and Updates to this Privacy Policy

We may modify or revise our Privacy Policy from time to time.
